We had an amazing experience with LA Sign. We used them for our interior lobby sign. Mars, our contact, was extremely helpful, responsive, and all around wonderful! She did an excellent job guiding us through the whole process. They came into our office to draft an initial mockup before we even committed and their quote was reasonable compared to others.
Additionally, when the installation had come out a little different than what we had imagined, they came back and adjusted it for us without hesitation (or added cost)! We would definitely recommend. Thanks Mars and the LA Sign Co fam!
My experience was excellent, the company is small but don’t be deceived by the size, Victoria in the front desk was very personable and experienced, she gave us the best suggestions for our restaurant, and we got an illuminated sign for the grand opening that made it look modern and elegant, also a banner to put on the storefront while they manufactured the main sign.
Evelio the owner, went personally to do the site measurements, he is a certified electrician, has his own boom truck, installed the sign and tested it to our complete satisfaction, got the permit with the city. The whole crew was very efficient and detailed oriented.
I will definitely recommend this company. I looked around to get different estimates and they were not the cheapest, but I was fully satisfied with the end result. It was well worth it to invest a little more for a much better quality.
